Villa 10 in Urbanización San Jaime de Son Bou is located on the same hillside of the estate that offers stunning views of Son Bou beach and of Majorca’s mountains on sunny, cloudless days
The house has three double bedrooms, all equipped with air-conditioning, and two bathrooms –one is en-suite and the other is for the remaining two bedrooms. On one side of the house there is a large dining area with an open plan kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, electric oven, ceramic hob and a combi fridge with the freezer part at the top. Other features include microwave, coffee machine, kettle and other small electrical appliances. The kitchen leads out onto an outdoor laundry area which accommodates the washing machine.
The lounge has comfortable sofas, a TV-SAT and DVD. This room opens onto a magnificent balcony, part of which is screened, and accommodates a built-in barbecue.
The balcony is probably the property’s star feature, given the impressive views and the swimming pool (3.5 x 5.5 m) from where you can contemplate beautiful and romantic sunsets.
The beach is about 1,200 m away and the shopping area is 800 m away. Port Mahon and the airport are located 20 km away while Ciutadella Port is 37 km from the house.
In the Son Bou beach area, you will find many shops, bars, supermarkets, a pharmacy, an entertainment centre, a club, pubs and a swimming pool with a water slide.
Towels will be changed and cleaning will occur twice a week while sheets will be changed once a week. Upon arrival, you will be offered a welcome pack
