Villa Bonita

With a mediterranean style and situated in one of the most exclusive areas of San Jaime, Villa Bonita offers the visitor a range of amenities to enjoy with your couple or with your family. Located really close to the spectacular beach of Son Bou, it invites you to enjoy fabulous sea views offering at the same time an exclusive privacy to its guests.

The villa has got two floors, on the ground floor and at the same level, there’s a nice living room with direct access to a fully equipped kitchen with ceramic flat surfaces, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher and a fridge-freezer, as well as other Little appliances, such as a toaster, a juicer, a coffee machine, etc.., it also has a separate eating area.

We also access to a beautiful and covered terrace with its corresponding barbecue facilities, and as well to the grounfloor bedrooms. Through a staircase located near the living room, go up to the first floor where are the main bedrooms.The House has a total of 4 double bedrooms, two of them on the ground floor with twin beds, sharing a bathroom with shower. The other two rooms are located on the top floor, the main bedroom, slightly larger and with terrace overlooking the sea, has a double bed and bathroom en-suite. The second bedroom, although it’s a little smaller, is also fitted with double bed and en-suite bathroom.

All the rooms at Villa Bonita have got air-conditioning and are spacious and comfortable, the villa also has wide screen TV sat., safe free of charge and wifi.

On the ground floor and through the living room we get a direct access to the outdoor terrace, composed of two essential areas. The first area, equipped with comfortable furnishings and prepared for summer meals, it also includes a barbecue area to enjoy with the whole family. The terrace is covered with awnings and it is also protected with gates specially to avoid any problem with children.

The second area, where the pool is located, is wide and you will enjoy of a pleasant landscape with beautiful views to the sea, is enabled with outdoor furniture and also has a private bathroom with shower.Due to its privileged location,Villa Bonita is very close to the shopping centre and the beautiful Sandy beach of Son Bou, you can perfectly easily walk as the distance to the beach is only about 500mts.
