Villa Prestige - San Jaime

The spectacular Prestige & Privilege villas are located in the higher area of San Jaime, and benefit of incredible views of the Son Bou beach, inviting you to enjoy the pleasures of an exclusive vacation.

Both villas offer a complete range of facilites, with air conditioning in all rooms, free wifi and 5 large double bedrooms, making them ideal for large families.

Stepping inside, on the first floor, you will find a large living area with big flat TV screen, free international channels and Playstation console. We also find the dining area next to a modern open plan style kitchen, which is totally equiped and has access to a practical washing room. All the first floor has large windows that access a spectacular terrace with al fresco dining or chill out furniture, and you will enjoy unique views of the Son Bou beach and Mediterranean sea.

On the ground floor we find the 4 main bedrooms, 2 with doulbe beds and 2 with single beds, all with en-suite bathrooms. The 5th bedroom has an independent access from the pool terrace and has 2 single beds, en-suite bathroom and a little kichen cupboard with fridge and sink.

Finally, but not least, we have the pool area, with plenty of confortable sunbeds, sunshades, a portable barbecue and a little chill out area.

Although the distance to the beach is approximately 1 kmt and there are access stairs that descend directly to the comercial centre of Son Bou, the villas are located at the top of a hill and we reecommend you to have your own vehicle or rental as the slope is quite pronounced so it makes the walking way more difficult
